Sadly, people get pimples, zits and acne, because they don't really do anything about it until it becomes a huge issue that spreads across their face like wildfire. Now why you let it get this bad and why you even let it go this far, I will never know, but what I do know is that there are a few key things which you need to do right now, unless you want those nasty oil balls to stay on your face forever! Here is what you need to stop doing right now, to get rid of your acne...
Oily things are bad- I am not even sure that I have to tell you this, because I am not your mother, but oily foods will cause acne! You see, your body can only handle so much intake of crap, before it finally says "screw this" and decides to revenge you by simply giving you acne. It's your body's way of saying "stop it, I can't take all of this junk". So, start watching what you are eating more closely, otherwise you will wake up with more and more acne all over your body, and not just your face, unless you are already at that stage.
As well, oil based moisturizers cause more acne. Now, you may ask why, but the answer is simple: they clog pores more! Although acne comes from the inside out, the last thing you want is to be blocking your pores from the outside. What happens then, is you create a perfect breeding ground for bacteria to build and build, until you finally have this disgusting and painful bulge on your face that looks like it will pop any second, and that's not the best part, you have many of them all over! That is why you should make sure that when you are moisturizing (and also with makeup, ladies!), you should always make sure that it's a water based product.
Oh yes! That reminds me! Stop touching your face- This is an extremely critical thing, since most people don't even realize they are doing this. You see, you know that zit, pimple, acne or whatever it is... is on your face, but you damn keep on touching it! What do you suppose is going to happen? What happens is that you transfer oils and other things (like bacteria etc...) to your skin and this clogs pores as well, this means you are creating a huge mess that will never go away no matter what you do, simply because you can't keep your hands off! But, control yourself and you will finally start to notice your acne going away for good.
